Documenting Life as it Moves...Swiftly Along
Swiftly Along

What a Day to Be a Swift Boy

Today was Richie's 6th grade trip. They went to the Marine Park in Buffalo, to Niagara Falls, then on to Fort Niagara. Chris went as a chaperone. It think Chris may have been more excited than Richie. Jimmie and I are still waiting for their return.

Jimmie and I had dinner and took off to Lakeside. I wish I would have thought to bring the camera. One of Jimmie's favorite things in life are rocks. We took a path at Lakeside that was filled with gravel. Jimmie stuffed his pockets with the gravel. It was all I could do to convince him to move on and keep walking. When we got to the bluff, we decided to climb down to the lake. He was dumbfounded. More rocks than his mind could comprehend. We spent over an hour throwing the rocks into the lake. I can't believe we didn't even make a dent in the amount of rocks.

I can't wait for him to play on the shore at Troutburgh.

This Promises to Be Much Easier

Thanks to Chuck for hosting our Swiftly Along blog on How Daddy. It is a little harder to get to posting, but promises to make commenting easier....now no one has an excuse for not commenting!

In the meantime, here are some recent photos...
